You know we couldn't go a month without a vanilla blend, right? Here's one with whole vanilla, PNW raspberries and aged on Ghost Note, our spelt farmhouse ale. The vanilla is in equal intensity with the berries, it brings a surprising amount of sweetness to the blend. The rich body from the spelt is the icing on the cake in my opinion
