This beer was made from from pure wheat (well, a lot of, actually) and fermented with hefeweizen yeast first to obtain clove and banana character an then with a mead one to get the alcohol to a point.After some months spent in a wooden barrel after a sherry wine, this spicy, sweet and strong beer could easily be the one out of four horsemen.
