Cuvée d'Honneur is an organic Cidre Bouché. Its sparkling quality is obtained through natural fermentation in the bottle. It is neither pasteurized nor carbonated. It will be particularly valuable as an aperitif or accompaniment to sweet pancakes.This pure juice cider retains the sugar (little advanced fermentation) and a tangy edge.
