A special treat for our old mate Trag for Tragic Santa! We drew of 100lts of Zeus and pitched it with a Belgian Golden Ale yeast strain! Its provided complex fruit driven phenolics that combine perfectly with a moderate but very modern dry hop blend of Simcoe, Sabro and Sorachi Ace bringing lifted fruit and complimentary citrus and zest.
