Cheater Hops #6: Motueka-Mosaic-Simcoe

Описание

Motueka is a unique hop from New Zealand. Better in a combo than on its own, it adds fun lime aromatics to the tropical and dank base of Simcoe and Mosaic. The hop bill was the suggestion of our bar manager Spencer (as one of the few hop combinations he returned to as a homebrewer). The grain bill is a bit different than the last few Cheater Hops, with a touch of CaraVienna and wheat (but no oats). The result is a snappier finish with a slight caramel flavor in the background.
