Exclusive release for Quadrivium Aristocracy. A secret blend of two very different golden beers – 2018 ‘Le Chemin’ Super Saison and 2022 ‘Diabla’ Belgian Tripel. The Diabla highlights mango upfront, along with notes of tropical fruit, banana, peppery spice & bubble gum. The Le Chemin shows an intense tart apricot note with some earthy & spiciness, so blending in more Tripel created a very well balanced, fruity yet dry beer with great length & complexity.
