The stoke is high, it’s been a long while since we’ve been to the West Coast. This one was brewed with German barley and @DeerCreekMalt wheat and hopped heavily in the kettle and the dry hopper with lots of Cascade, Chinook, Centennial, and Columbus.It’s got some real punchy notes of citrus face scrubs, ponderosa pine tea, a nostalgic bitterness, the sweet crispy bits on an apple pie, some whole wheat toast, and a couple lemon candies.
