Just a Dash was built on a wheat heavy grist and softer water than we typically use to provide a creamy mouthfeel and give a platform for the massive additions of Bliss Process Nelson, Super Sauvin, Nelson Subzero hop Kief, Nectaron, Motueka, and Riwaka.
