Combining organic strawberries, marionberries and boysenberries, Pacific Trinity is the most complex fruit rollup you’ve ever had. This mead starts off jammy with the boysenberry making it’s presence known, leading to notes of concord, blackberry and vanilla from the marionberries, and finishing with subtle tannin and balanced sweetness that only a perfectly ripe strawberry can provide.
