To satiate our hunger for new beers and using ingredients that don't show up in our mainstays of rotation, we decided to increase the volume of pilot batches and start releasing our R&D beers for your enjoyment. With the lion's share of innovation being in hops and yeast, expect to see iterations of Pale Ales and IPAs highlighting these marvels of modern beer science, with the occasional experimental hop and flagrant use of biotransformation thrown in. For this Field Report we kept things plain and simple and scientific by seeing how traditional Nelson T90 hop pellets play with terpene isolates.
