The 2021 Pomme De Yard is a celebration of abandoned, unloved and unwanted Pomme trees from backyards, paddocks and orchards of the Huon Valley.Crafted by our head cider maker, Thomas New this delicious cider is an unknown mix of apples, pears, crabapples and quinces foraged from multiple locations (yards) over the course of the 2021 harvest.Pressed and fermented together in a triumph of nature’s diversity and abundance this cider is limited to 1000 bottles only.
