Two things we’re obsessed with here at Rocky Ridge are Pilsners and wild yeast-derived funk.This brew was an absolute staff favourite BC (before COVID-19), so naturally we’ve decided to bring it back for another run.Our Core Range Pilsner was side-streamed into ex-Chenin barrels and inoculated with Brettanomyces wild yeast, allowing it to re-ferment for another six months before bottling.The result is a Bretted Lager with bready malt notes, the scent of fresh-cut hay, Brett funk, and high carbonation - everything we absolutely love here at Rocky Ridge.Style: Bretted LagerTime in Barrel: 6 MonthsABV: 5.7% ABVIngredients:Water, Malt, Hops, YeastAllergens: Gluten
