Coastal Thicket- Blackberry, Redcurrant, Cherry & Winter Spice

Описание

A fresh batch of our fruited sour ale for winter 2024. We stuck with the same pale malt base of pilsner, wheat and oats but this time we’ve doubled up on the fruit. This batch contains blackberry, redcurrant, sour cherry as well as cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and of course sea salt! The result is a lip smackingly sour ale that pours a vivid lipstick red and is bursting with flavours of crisp berry, mulled wine sweet pastry and subtle salinity
