Choices first Stout Challenge and we have gone all in. Deep in the catacombs of the brewery we found a couple of barrels of rum. So we aged a bunch of it in oak, vanilla and of course, lots and lots of raisins. Finally brewing a dutch cocoa heavy milk stout and blending the two to perfection
