Описание

This Versus series is a pair of beers that explore the differences between Northen and Southern hemisphere hops, while keeping the process and all other ingredients the same. Here with Jewel, we used Citra, El Dorado and Idaho-7 from North America. For Dual, we used Galaxy, The Bruce and Wakatu from Australia and New Zealand. In Jewel we experience notes of stone fruit and pineapple with a hint of pine.Compare the two beers and let us know what you think.
