The inviting peach aroma and taste comes from the liberal use of Fantasia hops in the brew - added in the brewhouse and then dry hopped in the fermenter. Pale and Carapils malt give sweet malt character and the Goldings hop in the copper give just enough bitterness and an underlying herbal hop note. This together with the delicate peach, soft fruits, berry fruits and grapefruit citrus from the fantasia hop creates an easy drinking light golden ale. MALT: Pale malt, Carapils malt.
