Hop College: Strata 101 is a West Coast Double IPA using 100% Strata hops that we hand selected in Oregon during the last harvest. For Strata, we at Moksa are looking for aroma and flavor attributes of pineapple and dank. These characteristics are intentionally selected to compliment the other hop varieties we use and create the flavor profiles we strive to achieve in each of our hop forward beers.The Hop College series of single hopped West Coast Double IPAs is a way to try a certain hop without the influence of other varieties.
