Blueberry Pancake is our Blueberry Mead with Maple Syrup, Cinnamon and Vanilla Beans, all aged in Bourbon Barrels. This year’s batch is a return to focus on the maple syrup, much like our last batch of Banana Pancake. Light baker’s spice, and creamy vanilla surface from time to time, though buttery and savory maple syrup are dominant and serve to offset the deep tannin of the fruit. Vibrant and seedy blueberries jump off the palate immediately and fade into the familiar flavors of the breakfast staple.
