Plum mead with Jubileum and Avalon plums.Jubileum and Avalon are two of our favorite purple plums to work with. Both very flavorful and aromatic varieties, but bringing different nuances and added complexity when blended. Avalon brings some extra acidity to the mix - brightening and highlighting the juicy characteristics of Jubileum.
