Bob's Your Uncle NEIPA

Описание

Hazy, with lots of tropical and citrus notes. Tons of NY Crystal and Galena hops backed up by West Coast Mosaic and Eldorado hops. Sometimes you have an important piece of equipment break on brewday, and you worry if the beer will be ok. This time it came out better than expected, prompting me to use a phrase a Canadian friend recently taught me, “Bob’s your Uncle.” I do have a real-life Uncle Bob, by the way, and he is a great guy.
