Zotti is our first new release of 2025. Zotti is a sweet, fruity IPA that is more reminiscent of juice than it is beer! It's brewed with WHC Tropical Paradise, a yeast that produces glycerol to create a silky, sweet base beer. We added 60kg of passionfruit, 60kg of pink guava and 40kg of pineapple. We've hopped this beer with Krush to add extra layers of mango, guava and peach. We are planning to package this beer on Thursday, ready for deliveries on Friday!
