Unapologetically thicc and creamy, to the point where one really starts to question “is this really still beer?”Yes! Yes it is. But only just. The base beer is a simple mix of pilsner, wheat malt and milk sugar, which is then kettle soured with some Lacto bugs and fermented with a couple of strains of yeast. The beer then undergoes a secondary fermentation from the addition of hundreds of kilos of peach + passionfruit puree and finally comes to a rest aging on Indoneasion vanilla beans.The resulting beer is straight JOOSE. A peachy, passionfruity, mango-esk vanilla milkshake which probably better belongs in an ice-cream factory than a brewery.CONTAINS LACTOSE.
