This is a strong dark wild ale aged in oak barrels (solera style) for an average of 12mths with a range of microorganisms and blackcurrants.It has notes of leather, tobacco and spice from the brett, dried fruit from the dark malts and earthy, slightly astringent undertones from the black currants and oak.Cheers,Daryl
