13.8% bourbon barrel-aged Imperial Stout brewed with maple syrup, conditioned on cacao nibs and freshly toasted coconut, and aged in a blend of Heaven Hill 11 Year Bourbon and Old Forester Bourbon barrels for 27 months. ⁣⁣Symphony at Sea - Cacao & Coconut pours with a dense mocha head with aromatics of chocolate hazelnut cream, pastry crust, and perfectly toasted coconut with supporting flavors of caramel, dark chocolate and dense brownie batter.⁣
