A slow and mindful stroll through the forest can bring feelings of peace and oneness, and maybe even lead to a mystical experience. This two year old cider spent 22 months sauntering through the wood(s) of a 3rd use Rum Barrel, and, in turn, has left us in a state of wonderment. A soft oak presence on the nose and palate lead to a subtle spirit undertone. A gentle acidity allows the apple notes to dance on the tongue, and the finish is tannic and dry. Please enjoy and appreciate the flow of time that has made this Mystical Saunter such a pleasure.
