Meringue: Yuzu

Saison brewed with pilsner malt, oats, and rye and hopped with Tahoma before fermentation in stainless with a blend of Saccharomyces strains. Following primary fermentation the beer was then aged in a spent gin barrel (touch of gin character remaining) with yuzu puree.
