This wheat wine is our take on the modern style. With 60% wheat, it has a smooth and dense mouthfeel followed with wheat character from three different wheat malts. We dry hop this beer with Motueka and Azzaca hops to give it a pleasantly tropical fruit aroma, and age it on oak chips to bring out some oaky tones in the finish.
