The toast used to express good wishes before drinking, Chin Chin DIPA is a toast to the traditional, firm-bittered, West Coast IPAs of old. An all Chinook Hop Double IPA brewed with 2 huge bittering & flavour additions in the boil, followed by 2 even larger flavour & aromatic additions in the dry hop. Spicy & piney characteristics with bright grapefruit notes accentuate a clean & predominant bitterness over the rich malt background.
