Saison Grapefruit is our late spring/ early summer fruit Saison release. It is brewed with organic belgian pilsner malt, malted wheat, flaked wheat, flaked oats, a generous use of low alpha continental hops, zest and juice from our family farm and fermented with our house mixed yeast/brett culture.
