This past fall we had the great pleasure of being able to travel to Yakima and select hops.This year we selected for the varietal Citra, otherwise known as the GOAT (not actually, but let’s be honest, this hop basically made IPA what it is today) and it was a lovely variety to select for. This year we went in a slightly different direction than years previous and selected for a Citra lot that is different than anything else we've chosen in tha past. It's much more tropical than citric, coming in with some big pienapple, papaya notes and it also presents itself softer in mouthfeel.We’re thrilled to be able to share our selection of Citra with you.
