(2025) The small trumpet-like flowers of the Honeysuckle have long been associated with good luck, love, and fidelity. Our "Of the Flowers" series brings the beautiful and delicate aromas and flavors of flowering plants directly to your palate through the medium of Apples fermented dry. This year we harvested pounds and pounds of the small flowers from large patches growing along the Schuylkill River near Monocacy Hill, and rested them in a Cider blend for many moons. The result is rich, floral, and unique, a cider that takes reveals the delicate nature of honeysuckle on the palate. Enjoy, and embrace the powers of the Honeysuckle!
