A traditional Kellerbier, brewed with German malts, hopped with a combination of Manchester-grown green hops and German hops. Cold fermented using traditional German lager yeast and conditioned for several weeks before release. Pale golden in appearance, subtle bready malt character, herbal green hop character, finishes with a refreshing bitterness.
