9% dark, spiced, barrel fermented saison brewed with Fermentery Form. We took their “witbeer” Soft and made a dark version with F&M micro flora. Fermented in puncheons, then conditioned it on mandarin purée, chamomile, coriander, orange peel, and dark candy sugar. Conditioned in bottles.
