Scratch 5 - Bock

This strong German lager has a smooth mouthfeel with caramel and dried fruit character. Bocks are sweet, strong, and have low carbonation. This style of beer was originally brewed in Einbeck, Germany which over time became closely associated with “Ein Bock” – the German word for Billy Goat. The name of this beer style was shortened to Bock, but many brews still display a goat on the label!
