WEST COAST PALE ALE (CASK ONLY)We were thrilled and privileged to host Lewis, John and Kevin of legendary Orcadian brewery Swannay. In our eyes and many others, Swannay are the kings of cask in Scotland, with no-one touching their expertise in the 9 gallon game. There was therefore no-one better to work with on our return to regular cask production, kicking off with our collaborative beer (and Swannay's first ever collab!) Navigator.Navigator is a West Coast Pale Ale, combining the best of traditional Biritsh brewing and American hops. Laden with Simcoe and Mosaic, Navigator is a bountiful celebration of tropical fruit, blueberries, citrus andmango with a touch of pine, held together by a strong biscuity backbone.
