Rustic and natural Saison beer with organic barley, wheat and rye. Primary open fermentation in wooden barrels with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis and Claussenii. Aged in French oak barrels. Dry hopped with Swiss organic Centennial hops. Infused with organic rosemary and organic lemons. Bottle refermentation.
