Maibock

This is a traditional Maibock, aka Helles Bock, German-Style Lager which is uncommon in the US. It was brewed mostly with Pilsner and Vienna malts, and delicately hopped with Hallertau Mittlefruh. Lagered for 7 weeks, it's smooth, clean and crisp for its elevated ABV.
