Crosscurrent is our latest barrel aged release and as expected, it is warming from the whisky-soaked wood it was aged in, while putting forth notes of drinking chocolate, toffee and vanilla.Although we take Brewing seriously, sometimes we let the barrel take the helm, because it’s not all about smooth sailing. In this case, this full bodied stout rested in freshly emptied Few Spirits barrels from Evanston IL for 12 months
