Field Studies is our deep dive into lesser known styles and tweaking them around even further for nothing but fun and the best results possible.Tropical stout is a version of an export stout with a nice dry bitter and roasty finish > however we have used a different than usual yeast, some ferment secrets, plus a big dry hop to balance these into a beautiful smooth and unique combo of chocolate dipped strawberries espresso coffee and rich sweet malt biscuits. Think strawberry tiramasu.
