Guion (pronounced “guy-on”, after Guion Bluford) was assembled in collaboration with Khonso Brewing @khonsobrewing (Atlanta, GA) from a base spontaneously fermented golden ale aged in a single oak puncheon for two years, conditioned with local-to-us PA rhubarb and local-to-Khonso GA hibiscus. Three years old at bottling/kegging, it’s a complete sensory delight.
