Zwärrechie, dialect for a person that drinks a lot and is drunk regularly. This is not meant as promotion of alcohol abuse, but a big wink to ourselves of course. Zwärrechie is and was our first commercial beer. This Double IPA is a mouth full of bitterness and taste, created with 3 American and 2 German hops. Flavors of citrus, grape, passion fruit and pineapple, probably every other tropical fruit there is, perfectly balanced in aroma and bittering.
