This beer is a relaxed supremely drinkable sunny-day pale ale, with a fairly simple objective: crisp and complex malts provide a launchpad for a faceful of fruit-salad driven American and Aussie hops. These hops are all about nectar fruits and citrus, aromas that are floral, herbaceous and grassy; melanoidin malt adds a subtle red colour and a malty taste.
