Brutuz cuz!Over at Bach, we've been on the hops again..waxing lyrical about the wickedly satisfying mouthfeel of the Brut IPA style.I was introduced the the style with Urbanaut Brut IPA and have been a regular embiber.Not known to shun self-indulgence (though it's taken a couple of years) we decided to brew one - a golden pale, dry and effervescent IPA, generously hopped with tropical fruit and citrus characters coming from hops of: Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Nectaron, Mosaic, Citra and Galaxy.
