"Thick Mochi Goo" is an Unfiltered smoothie-style Berliner Weisse brewed with milk sugar, lychee, Acerola cherry, pineapple, key lime, and raspberry. Thick and puffy, this "goo" was conditioned on Madagascar vanilla beans, ginger puree, lime zest, grape powder, matcha green tea, and double dry-hopped with Motueka. Think tropical ginger sticky rice, exotic tapioca pudding, and Cantonese lime custards.
