Sommer’s is a tangy and refreshing summer beer that was brewed with 25% local corn from the Linth region for a light body. The beer was kettle-soured to create a lemony, spritzy tanginess.During the kettle souring process lactic acid producing bacteria (Lactobacillus plantarum) is added to the unboiled wort and left overnight for lactic acid production.
