Maori Hopa (Hopa is Maori for hops) is our Double Dryhopped New Zealand style IPA with only New Zealand hops. Both in the boil and dryhopping we used the tropical flavored Kuhatu and Wai-iti hops to expect smooth velvet pallets and aroma’s of tropical fruits, citrus and tangerine as well as pine.
