The Crows Mid Ale was designed around keeping the alcohol low whilst maintaining flavour. It presents with a white head and straw-coloured complexion, with bright clarity. The nose has floral sweetness and stone fruit characters, without being overpowering or dominating. The palate has a soft bitterness that evens out the perceived hop sweetness. There's good malt weight and mouthfeel.All in all this is a cracking little beer you'll want to drink till the final siren.
