People call it an apple ale, style wise it is a dry hopped graff.Graff is a drink made out of fermentation: pale ale beer wort x apple juice squeezed from the 'regional north-west-russian variety of' apples. Then gently dry hopped with Citra, as well as fermented with our home juicy strain and cider yeast.
