Our Belgian "Quad" is one of our Belgian Series beers. This funky quad is intentionally soured with lactic acid bacteria to give it a beautiful tartness, and then aged on French sour cherries for 12 months. This beer has a bit of a kick with 10,1%abv but a mellow finish full of cherry deliciousness.
