A few weeks back we were honored to be joined by Dean Palmer of Hinetai Farms alongside the fine folks of Yakima Chief and NZHops to brew a duo of experimental IPAs. Dean and the Hinetai team are one of the farms with the CO-OP that grows hops for the Bract breeding program as well as one of the hops we brewed with yesterday, NZH-101. Our first release of these experimental elixirs features Simcoe, Riwaka Cryo® , Nectaron Cryo® , and NZH-101. This combination yields smooth notes of passionfruit, pear, and blueberry that we’re having a hard time sippin’ slowly.
